A LETTER FROM AMARA
The pieces we make our own.
A piece of jewelry can catch your eye in a moment. What makes you keep reaching for it is more personal: how it feels with your favorite shirt, the color it brings to your day, or the person it reminds you of.

Welcome to Amra.
I’m Amara. This is my small, personal business, shaped by my taste and by a simple ambition: to help you find jewelry you’ll enjoy wearing long after the day you choose it.
I’m drawn to the way a single detail can change a piece. A deep green stone adds color to a simple neckline; a fine chain leaves room for a pendant’s shape to stand out. These are the relationships I look for when building the collection. Each piece should have something worth looking at closely, and a place in everyday life.
I want that same sense of care to come through when you visit Amra. You should be able to take your time, understand what you’re buying, and choose something because it feels right for you.
How I choose the collection
I curate gemstone and pearl jewelry from independent suppliers, looking at how color, metal and proportion work together. A setting should give a stone presence without overwhelming it. A necklace should have a pleasing balance between its chain and pendant. I favor designs whose details hold your attention without competing for it.
You can see that approach in the rich green onyx and delicate chain of The Onyx, or the fine chain and spaced accents of The Aurea. They have different personalities, but each makes its point with a few well-chosen elements.
Choosing online also calls for practical information. Alongside the photographs, you’ll find materials, measurements and care guidance to help you picture a piece in your own life. Those details deserve as much attention as the first impression.
Choosing for someone you know.
When I think about a good gift, I start with the person who will wear it. Their favorite color or the shape of the earrings they wear most can tell you more than the occasion alone. My Gift Guide offers a few places to begin, with room for your own understanding of them to lead the choice.
