We ship to U.S. addresses. Shipping options and charges appear at checkout. If you have a birthday, anniversary or other date in mind, contact us before ordering to check the timing for your chosen piece.
When your piece ships
Dispatch time depends on the piece you choose. Barse jewelry typically ships in about 3 days; PARKEN JEWELRY necklaces, earrings and bracelets typically ship in about 17–18 days. These estimates cover preparation before shipment, so allow additional time for delivery. Check your product page for its dispatch estimate. Orders containing pieces from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages. Read our shipping policy.
Understanding checkout shipping choices
Delivery timing has two parts: preparation before dispatch, then the carrier’s transit time. A faster carrier service does not shorten preparation time. Read your product’s dispatch estimate alongside the shipping option shown at checkout, and contact us before ordering if you need a specific arrival date.
With pieces from more than one supplier, you may see separate shipments or combined shipping charges. Review the order summary for the full shipping total before payment.
Reviewing your order
Check your selected size, gemstone, metal finish, quantity and shipping address. If you use a discount, make sure it appears in the final total before placing the order. Keep your order confirmation for tracking and support. Read our buying guide for more help choosing.
Getting the fit right
For a necklace, compare the listed chain length and pendant drop with a piece you already wear. For earrings, check the drop and closure; for a bracelet, compare your wrist measurement with its fit range. Confirm your selected gemstone and metal finish before checkout. Natural variation
Gemstones vary in color and markings and can look different as the light changes. Freshwater pearls vary in shape and luster. These natural differences give each piece its own character.
Returns, made clear
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unused and unworn, with original packaging and tags. Approved returns have no return-label or restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Read our full return policy for conditions and refund details.
